The Akyga® AK-EC-09 single phase cable is equipped with two IEC 62196-2 Type 2 connectors, also known as Mennekes. These are one of the most common connectors found at public electric vehicle charging stations. Planning on charging away from home? If so, your own cable may be necessary. Unfortunately, not every EV point has a built-in cable. Then you'll need your own adapter. In this situation, the AK-EC-09 cable is the ideal solution. It is characterised by high durability and high quality of used components. The thick copper wires will allow you to charge your car with 32 A and up to 7.2 kW. The robust IP54 rated connectors are resistant to drops and accidental impact by car wheel.
